By placing an order on Veprinto Shop, you agree to the following:
- Products are made to order. Once produced, cancellations or returns are not accepted unless the item is defective or incorrect.
- It is mandatory to record a video while unboxing the package in front of the delivery agent for refund/return claims.
- Color or size-related returns are not accepted.
- For accessories, refunds will only be issued for broken/damaged items or wrong deliveries.
- All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of Greater Noida courts only.
