Delivery Time
All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Products are usually delivered within 5–7 working days depending on your location.
Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹499. For orders below ₹499, a flat shipping fee of ₹49 is applicable.
Order Processing
Orders are processed from our warehouse Monday through Saturday, excluding public holidays.
Delivery Area
We currently deliver across most pin codes in India. If your area is not serviceable, we will notify you during checkout.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the tracking number and courier partner details.
Issues with Delivery
If your order is delayed or lost in transit, please reach out to us within 7 days of the expected delivery date at support@veprinto.shop.
Cash on Delivery (COD)
Currently, we do not offer COD. All payments must be made online through UPI, cards, or net banking.
