🛍️ Custom Products – No Return or Refund

Products like clothing or customized items are made as per customer’s specific demands. Therefore, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for issues such as wrong size or color preference.
कपड़े या अन्य कस्टम उत्पाद ग्राहक की मांग पर विशेष रूप से बनाए जाते हैं, इसलिए यदि साइज या रंग पसंद नहीं आया तो रिटर्न या रिफंड नहीं किया जाएगा।
📦 Unboxing Video Requirement
📦 अनबॉक्सिंग वीडियो की आवश्यकता
The customer must record a video while receiving and unboxing the product in front of the delivery partner. This video will be considered as proof for any return or refund claim.
ग्राहक को पार्सल प्राप्त करते समय डिलीवरी पार्टनर के सामने अनबॉक्स करते हुए वीडियो बनाना अनिवार्य है। किसी भी रिटर्न या रिफंड दावे के लिए यह वीडियो सबूत माना जाएगा।
🔁 Returns Accepted Only If:
🔁 रिटर्न केवल तभी स्वीकार होंगे यदि:
- The item is broken/damaged (e.g., mugs, bottles, accessories).
- The item received is different from what was ordered.
- उत्पाद टूटा हुआ या क्षतिग्रस्त हो (जैसे मग, बोतलें, एक्सेसरीज़)।
- प्राप्त वस्तु ऑर्डर से अलग हो।
⚠️ Accessories are non-returnable unless broken or incorrect.
⚠️ एक्सेसरीज़ केवल तभी रिटर्न योग्य हैं जब वे टूटी हों या गलत भेजी गई हों।
📍 Jurisdiction / न्याय क्षेत्र
All disputes related to orders, returns, or refunds will be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh, India.
ऑर्डर, रिटर्न या रिफंड से संबंधित सभी विवाद ग्रेटर नोएडा, उत्तर प्रदेश के न्यायालय क्षेत्र में ही स्वीकार्य होंगे।
